By using Lynk ("we", "us", "our"), you agree to the following terms.

1. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use our URL shortening service for any malicious, illegal, or abusive intent. This includes, but is not limited to, linking to content that is:

• Infected with malware, spyware, or viruses.
• Promoting fraudulent schemes or phishing pages.
• Explicitly violent or illegal according to international laws.

2. Service Availability

Our goal is to ensure a 99.9% uptime. However, Lynk is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranty of any kind.

3. Right to Termination

Lynk retains the right to remove, block, or permanently delete short URLs and aliases at any time, for any reason, particularly if they violate our Acceptable Use policies.

4. Custom Aliases

Custom aliases are provided on a first-come, first-served basis. You do not own the aliases you create, and we reserve the right to reclaim aliases if necessary.
